Are
you trying to get value out of your internship? I'm sure you know
that an internship is about getting hands-on experience and exposure
within a field that you possibly want to pursue in the future. At
PSTC we offer incredible hands-on grass roots type experience to learn the
sports management business from the start to finish. Getting ready
to enter the real world can be dreadful if you don't know what to expect.
Your internship at PSTC will lay out exactly what is expected of you,
provide you with the resources, and give you the opportunity to execute
your ideas to concepts to planning to operations. Our open minded
approach ensures that your growth is only as limited as your work
productivity. We will be with you every step of the way.
Interns
are employee's of Philadelphia Sports Training Center and will be treated
as employee's. You will be required to adhere to all standards as
employee's. If you are selected to a position with PSTC, you will be
given the Internship Handbook that must be read in its entirety.
There will be periodic quizzes, tests, and discussions of situations that
you will be required to understand how to resolve. The past 4 years
there has never been an intern who received a grade less than the
productivity that they put into their internship. You will be
rewarded for productivity and for promptness to adhere to deadlines.
Your experience will be credited to your field work, administration
management, and understanding of the business model.
