PSTC's NEW Sports Performance Training Facility
Fitness Studio
All personal training is currently located at a private fitness studio
Small private studio of 3,500 square feet
Includes:
- Training Pool for laps or form running
- 6 person Jacuzzi
- Includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, concept 2 rowers
- Dumbbells, power rack systems, medicine ball, bosu balls, and accessories
- 24/7 security with camera's, front desk attendant, doorman
- Gated community for invited guests, members, staff only
Hours: By Appointment Only!!!
Starting as early as 4:30am....yes that is 4:30 in the morning....why not get it done to start the day!!!
