Student-Athletes

Dreams are meant to be big.  Heart is characterized by what you do after adversity.  Pride is something you have within yourself that carries you forward even when you have no reason to believe.  But the most important characteristic you can have as a student-athlete, is being "Educated."

All the things you want in life will be received through your faith, your family, your ability, and your education.

Professional Athletes

Now that you've worked your way to the top at your position or you're trying in to get to the "League", the number one cause of early contract termination is lack of consistency in progressing and maintaining top physical shape.  Speed is a determining factor of your daily workout routine, from sports nutrition through weight management.  A PSTC professional personal "sports" trainer is your wisest investment to continue your career as a professional athlete.

Occupational Athletes

Not just a sports training center, we also promote a healthier lifestyle for active older adults.  The "Weekend Warriors" that want to recapture their youth, prove to their kids how tough they were "back in the day", or just to get back that feeling of accomplishing something that not too many people do in general...compete athletically in organized sports.  We know you used to, but now you can get better with time and not just age.

Senior Athletes

Retirement has been great for senior citizens, but what if - what if they don't want to be the "old bump on a log?"  Our Senior Fitness Center encourages seniors from 60 plus to get back in shape, recover from cardiac trauma, lower cholesterol, keep your joints mobile while having fun with your peers.  Our trainers will provide a unique program catered to your needs.  You can attend once a week, twice a week, or three times per week.
